Important information about shipping

If you would like to order from our range of several article categories (fish, frozen food and accessories), please place a separate online order for each product group, as it is not possible to combine the different shipping methods with this shop software. A combined order is only possible for "self-collection".

Fish shipping

The fish are shipped within Germany with the GO! shipping company by overnight express. The fish will arrive at your home between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on the agreed day. Possible days for delivery are Tuesday to Friday.

Alternatively, we can also send the fish with UPS (Express Saver). Arrival only from Tuesday to Thursday.

Please note the information below on selecting the delivery date.

Within Europe, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with UPS (Express Saver) to the countries selected in the menu, so that the fish arrive on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Delivery on Friday is not possible. However, there are places within these countries to which delivery by overnight express is not possible. Therefore, in exceptional cases, we may have to cancel an order if this should arise.
However, you can also calculate the delivery time yourself.

To do this, enter the postcode 57078 as the sender address and Siegen as the location, as well as your recipient address and see whether delivery is possible within one day with the "Express Saver" tariff. You should also always select a Monday as the shipping day and make sure that the following day and the day after that are not public holidays.

We ship worldwide by air freight to an international airport where the fish must be picked up. (Please ask for the costs if your country is not included in the list of countries I regularly deliver to. You will then be charged individual transport costs. This takes one to five days.
The transport costs are around €590 for the first box and around €130 for each additional box; but there are large fluctuations from country to country)

Dates for international shipping by air freight must always be agreed individually, as there are many things to consider, such as customs opening times, etc.

When planning the delivery date, please note that the fish must not be fed for 1-3 days after the order has been placed, depending on their size, before they are shipped. It is better to plan for an extra day.

An example: You order 16 cm fish on Friday afternoon. Due to their size, these fish should not be fed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The first possible shipping date would then be Tuesday to Wednesday. Within Germany, this would work with the GO! shipping company. This is not possible within Europe, as shipping is only done on Mondays. For fish up to around 10 cm, shipping on Monday would also have been possible. If in doubt, please contact us first to arrange the exact date. Frozen food shipping We always ship our frozen food on Mondays by express with UPS. The minimum order quantity is 3.5 kg so that the food arrives sufficiently chilled. It is important that someone is at home to accept the shipment. Neither UPS nor I can be held responsible for thawed food if the food could not be delivered. Accessories shipping Accessories are delivered by DHL parcel within a few days of ordering.
